According to an update (now deleted) on Rockstar’s website, Grand Theft Auto V will have a first-person mode when it comes to PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
The update originally went up on Rockstar’s website earlier this month, but was taken down almost immediately. Luckily for us, however, it has been preserved on Imgur as an apparent screenshot, the link of which can be found at the very bottom of the article.
The update states that GTA 5 will have a first-person mode both when driving and when on foot, allowing players to see the working “speedometers, tachometers, dash lights, and more” of their vehicles.
On top of that, the update mentions that animals will be finding their way onto GTA Online, and many new weapons and jobs will also be hitting the multiplayer mode. However, do be aware that an official statement has not yet been made by Rockstar, meaning it may be possible that the update was fake.
GTA 5 will be coming out for PS4 and Xbox One on November 18, with the PC version coming out sometime in January 2015.
