Game developer Friend & Foe showed off a new trailer for its upcoming open-world adventure game Vane at Tokyo Game Show, and it looks pretty dark and lonely.
The video mostly features both a hawk flying over a desert and a person frantically running around in that same desert, with sand clouds and lightning going all around the person. The wide-open desert and the dark clouds give the trailer an almost helpless feel, but at also a sort of magical feel.
Vane, which is being worked on by developers who also helped create games like The Last Guardian, Battlefield 3 and Killzone, will be a game based on both mystery and exploration, and is set to come out on a multitude of announced platforms. There is currently no release date.
