While Bungie might be quick to patch any farming exploits in Destiny, we’re here to show you one now that currently works, and it should be very useful for those looking for Spinmetal for equipment upgrades.
Found in Earth’s “Rocket Yard” section just after the “Divide,” the Spinmetal and chest are very near each other. Not only that, but the best part is, you don’t even need to wait for enemies to respawn, or intentionally get killed. You just need to ride back to the Divide, and then back to the Rocket Yard to see the items back.
Needless to say, Bungie will most likely patch this out the moment word gets out, which means you should do this now while you still can.
