This week we wanted the PSLS staff to create their ultimate, ideal video game character using features from their other favorite characters. While not everyone followed the rules, it still made for some entertaining answers. Without further ado, here are our ultimate game characters.

For me, it would be Nathan Drake’s wit and charms, Kratos’ physicality and maybe Cloud Strife’s hair. Haha!
I know what I DON’T want to be, though and that’s being Cameron.

I love Squall Leonheart’s scar and his gunblade, so give me those. Then maybe Fetch’s cool neon abilities! I also love Joel’s looks from The Last of Us. And put him in one of Isaac’s crazy suits from Dead Space! And… and… alright, I’ll stop. He’ll still have my facial hair though.

First, my character would have bright eyes and average nose and eyes. Then, I’d choose candy colored hair in a modern style. I’d make sure my character had stylish yet edgy outfits for all occasions. My character would definitely be creative, friendly, and would love the outdoors. My character would also aspire to be a professional chef, and would garden, paint, and play on the computer a lot in her free time. Oh wait, that was just how I usually begin every Sim game ever…

Personally, I am more of a fan of the anti-hero. So, I would like to see characters that are simply more flawed and realistic. The Superman archetype is great, but I think that the more difficult the path taken the greater the final result becomes.

Cameron Teague, we would all like Chandler’s facial hair.
D’yani gets to see it galloping around in person practically every day right before her eyes, and Chandler gets to walk around knowing that he is stunning countless souls with it. They might be The Luckiest of Us.

My ideal game character would have Ezio Auditore’s personality, Cole Phelps’ ability to sniff out the bad guys, and Delsin Rowe’s powers instead of specific weapons. I’m not sure about the looks. I would want a character that resembles me just so I feel like I’m in the game. If I can’t have that, give me Kratos haha.
