As our review mentioned, crafting is a huge part of Dragon Age: Inquisition. Sturdy pieces of armor and powerful, destructive weapons can both be created and modified in the RPG fairly easily. They then can be used in combat to deal devastating blows to enemies.
In the following video, you can see exactly how crafting will work in the game, as I create a magical mace and modify some pieces of armor. The video also shows off the power of runes, which can be added to weapons to give them elemental abilities.
In another video, you can watch as one of the Rifts that have been letting in demons into the world is closed for good. After the Rift is closed and a number of demons are destroyed, you can watch as the party of four adventures stumbles upon a bear attaching a group of bandits, both of which subsequently by the little party.
