Because 2014 just wouldn’t feel complete without another update to the status of The Last Guardian’s development, Gematsu translated details from Dengeki PlayStation’s 107 developer creator interview this week, where Game Director Fumito Ueda let us know that TLG is still in full production:
As SCE’s upper management has stated before, the development environment has been renovated and we continue to be in full production on The Last Guardian. We’ll have more to announce when the time is right, but for now, we’re still working on getting it polished, so we have no word on a specific time frame for now.
Also in the interview, Drakengard 3 Director Taro Yoko teased, “I’ll be killed by various people if I talk about our newest project, so I’m just going to stay quiet.”
After not appearing at PlayStation Experience this past weekend, do you think 2015 will be the lucky year where we see what The Last Guardian looks like these days?
