Shawn Fonteno, the actor who plays Franklin in Grand Theft Auto V, has confirmed that story-based DLC for the open-world game is still in the works.
Although the DLC was originally slated to come out sometime this year, Rockstar has not said much about it in the last several months. However, according to an interview with Fonteno, it appears as if the content is still being worked on, as he said that he is currently working on the DLC and “that’s first on my list to finish that up.”
While there is no telling when the single player content will finally come out, at least we now know that the GTA Online Heists DLC will be coming out in early 2015, and will contain “five unique strands involving over 20 total missions, which will add up to around 20 hours of gameplay.”
