On December 20, 2014, Dying Light Lead Game Designer Maciej Binkowski and Producer Tymon Smektala held a Twitch stream where they played the game for over 90 minutes, answering fan questions throughout and providing commentary. If you don’t want to hear the two developers talk about some features of the game prior to the gameplay though, skip ahead to 15:35 for the action to start.
As the video’s description says, “Get an in-depth look at the skill system, the Old Town area, and – last but not least – the ‘Magic Fortress’ side-quest chain, which will give you a sneak peek at the many captivating side-stories of Dying Light.”
Dying Light will be released on January 27, 2015 in North America and January 30, 2015 in Europe for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC (but not PS3 or Xbox 360). As revealed previously, the game runs at a locked 30fps.
