Saints Row IV on PS4 vs PC Comparison Video Shows Which Version Looks Better

The PC version of Saints Row IV came out back in 2013, releasing alongside the PlayStation 3 and the Xbox 360 versions of the hilarious, open world game. Despite it being around a year and a half old, it looks like it can still visually compete with Saints Row IV: Re-Elected, which is set to release on PS4 and Xbox One tomorrow.

In a recently released video by Digital Foundry, the PS4 version of the game is shown side-by-side with the PC version, allowing viewers to easily see the graphical differences between them. Unfortunately for us PS4 owners, it is clear right away that the PC version of Saints Row IV, despite its age, is graphically superior to the PS4 version.

On the PC, Saints Row IV seems to have better shading and shadows, and if one looks closely, it looks like the textures are sharper, too. Either way, the PS4 version of the game still looks fairly decent, considering it is simply a reworked port. Check the video out for yourselves to see if you spot any other differences and report them in the comments below.
