Earlier today we saw a glimpse of what the March issue of Game Informer will have on Rise of the Tomb Raider, but it looks like the full article has found its way online, allowing fans to read up on how the upcoming game will handle the environment, weapons, enemies, and more.
In particular, the issue seems to discuss the weather system and the environment a lot, mentioning that both humans and animals will not only react to rain or storms, but will also act differently depending on the time of the day. Crystal Dynamics also reveals in the issue that the environment will provide numerous obstacles for Lara, but at the same time will offer her places to hide in order to avoid enemies.
Tombs are also mentioned, with Crystal Dynamics saying that it is adding both more tombs and puzzles into the adventure game. More tools will also be added into the game, allowing Lara to use various objects to distract enemies with. In terms of combat, Game Informer mentioned that it will be similar to The Last of Us, and that Lara will be able to use a variety of bows.
