Putting the questions to rest, Square Enix has confirmed that the Final Fantasy XV: Episode Duscae demo included with first-run copies of Final Fantasy Type-0 HD will be available when the game launches on March 17 in North America and March 20 in Europe.
The launch trailer for Final Fantasy Type-0 HD was also revealed during last night’s Active Time Report live-stream with Game Director Hajime Tabata, but be warned as it contains spoilers (the Final Fantasy XV portion starts at 2:44, or can be seen in the above video on its own):
And here’s some cat gameplay from Final Fantasy XV, posted by GamesHQMedia:
Just last week the status of the demo’s release date was up in the air, with Tabata saying at the time, “We are doing are best to have the demo playable with the release of Type-0 HD, but we are still working on optimizing the system and everything, so I can’t give you a date.”
Are you going to play the XV demo before Type-0 HD?
