Project CARS Release Date Suffers Another Delay, Now Arriving in April 2015

Previously enduring a delay from November 2014 to March 2015, Bandai Namco and Slightly Mad Studios announced today that Project CARS has suffered another delay, but this time it’s only a few weeks.

Now releasing on April 2 in Europe and April 7 in North America for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC, the reason for the shift is “due to final adjustments in the game, that are required to provide to the fans with the best gaming experience they could have.”

Slightly Mad Studios Head Ian Bell adds:

Moving a release date was not an easy decision to make, as we know our fans are eager to get their hands-on on Project CARS. But we know that these extra days will allow us to provide the best game experience that our fans deserve. We assure you the wait will be worth it when the game does arrive early April.

This delay also moves Project CARS away from the very busy day of March 17, which sees Battlefield: Hardline, Final Fantasy Type-0 HD, Resident Evil Revelations 2, and more releasing.
