Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn has reached a new milestone as account registrations have surpassed the four-million mark. In order to celebrate, Square Enix is offering some free time to former Final Fantasy XIV players. You can now log in and play for free until March 9, 1AM PDT.
Although we’re told that four million people have subscribed to the game, we don’t know how many of these are active accounts. However, Square Enix hopes to renew interest by this limited time offer.
In order to qualify, players must have previously purchased Final Fantasy XIV and registered their accounts. Your account must be inactive in order to avail the promotion. Those who are currently active will not get an extension.
The offer is available on all platforms.
