The official PlayStation YouTube channel has just posted a couple of videos that show you what to do if you need to send in your PS4 in for service.
The first video goes over everything from where to send the PS4, who to contact, and how to ship it. It is pretty straightforward stuff, but it is useful to have the video go through the process step by step.
The second video shows how to manually install new system software — something that is very useful to know how to do if you ever want to upgrade your PS4 hard drive. What do you think of the two helpful videos? Did you learn anything new?
