As of 18 June 2015 you will no longer be able to use the online features of the following game:

The next game in Sony’s MLB franchise, MLB 15 The Show, releases on March 31 in North America and April 1 in Europe for the PS4, PS3, and PS Vita. If you owned MLB 14, you’ll be able to continue your Franchise and Road to the Show progress in MLB 15 with the Year-to-Year Saves feature.
As for other Sony games with their servers being shut off soon, EyePet for PlayStation 3 goes offline on March 27, while Resistance Retribution for the PlayStation Portable goes offline on May 15.
