A couple days after Ninja Theory said they were working on it, a new update has gone live for the DmC Devil May Cry Definitive Edition on PlayStation 4 to fix an issue affecting anistropic filtering, which made textures appear blurry.
Just a “small” update, here’s the list of patch notes applicable to PS4 and Xbox One:
PlayStation 4
- Fixes an issue affecting anisotropic filtering; blurry textures should appear clearer now.
- Fixes an issue which caused Round Trip to work incorrectly when targeting a Witch with the manual lock-on.
Xbox One
- Fixes an issue which caused Round Trip to work incorrectly when targeting a Witch with the manual lock-on.
Up next for the Devil May Cry franchise, Devil May Cry 4: Special Edition is coming to PS4 and Xbox One this Summer, complete with new playable characters, 1080p/60fps gameplay, an optional Turbo Mode increasing gameplay speed by 20%, and more.
