Japanese Sales Chart: PS Vita Finishes in 2nd as Minecraft Continues to Sell Well

Debuting to just under 180,000 in the previous week, Puzzle & Dragons: Super Mario Bros. Edition for the Nintendo 3DS finished in first place yet again, this time moving 39,000 copies.

A little lower in third place is Minecraft: PlayStation Vita Edition, which rose by about 2,500 units and is the only PlayStation game in the top 20.

Due to a very slow week for new releases, hardware sales were down for both the PlayStation 4 and Wii U, leaving them in 3rd and 4th, respectively. Thanks to a slight raise, the New 3DS XL was able to capture first place and hold off the PlayStation Vita.
