Final Fantasy XV: Stella Out, Luna In; Frame Rate a Key Focus

In the above video, you can see the latest Active Time Report, in which Square Enix’s Hajime Tabata and Akio Ofuji talk about the latest Final Fantasy XV news. The revamped version of the demo, Episode Duscae 2.0 will go live June 9. It’s free for anyone who already as the demo that came with Final Fantasy Type-0 HD: The D is for Demo. Frame rate fixes are one of the key goals moving forward.

Tabata mentioned that several key things from Final Fantasy Versus XIII trailers — popular things that fans have been asking about — are not a part of Final Fantasy XV. Among them is the former apparent female lead Stella. She’s out and Luna is in.

I would normally close by telling you to watch for our E3 coverage — something I still endorse — but this game won’t be there. Tabata re-confirmed that there would be no new trailer or info at E3, but instead Gamescom.

I’m betting a Final Fantasy XV PC version gets officially announced there. What do you think?
