Expanding on the previous leak, Sony confirmed that Uncharted; The Nathan Drake Collection is releasing on October 7 in Europe and Friday, October 9 in North America for the PlayStation 4.
Developed by Bluepoint Games (Ico & Shadow of the Colossus Collection, God of War Collection), this collection includes the single-player campaigns for Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune, Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, and Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception. In addition, you’ll receive “exclusive access” to the Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End multiplayer beta when it goes live at a TBA date.
While further details are set to arrive in the coming months, all three games will run at 1080p/60fps with better lighting, textures, and models. As well, other improvements and additions are coming to all three games, including Photo Mode and new Trophies.
If you pre-order Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection, you’ll receive the Nathan Drake Pack, which includes single-player skins of iconic Drake outfits, the Golden AK-47, and Golden 92FS guns. If you pre-order from the PlayStation Store, you’ll also receive a Nathan Drake Collection PS4 dynamic theme as an immediate download.
To date, the three Uncharted games in the collection have sold over 21 million copies.
