CD Projekt RED Responds to Fans Disappointed By Triss’ Romance Arc in The Witcher 3

It seems that quite a few fans of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt were left dissatisfied by Triss’ romance arc in the game. A poll over on CD Projekt RED’s forum shows that out of 1,397 respondents, at least 85% were unhappy with the “lack of Triss content” and wanted more. The good news is that CD Projekt RED’s Marcin Momot took notice, and has teased some upcoming tweaks to address the concerns. He wrote:

Just to let everyone know. We pay very close attention to everything you guys write in this thread. We will be addressing this situation by adding/changing some dialogue stuff in the future – more info on this will come later so pardon my scarce input for the time being. This should help with the immersion. And once again, thank you all for your valuable feedback.

Momot later clarified that the studio won’t be adding any “new content” but that it will be introducing some tweaks and “small additions.”

I wouldn’t go as far as calling it new content. We will be implementing small additions and tweaks in character dialogues that should please many folks in this thread.

Elsewhere in the forums, Momot said that “something big is brewing” and will be coming soon. We’re likely to hear about it next week, but nothing is confirmed yet.

Those who are wondering about the recently leaked Ciri’s Zerrikanian outfit should note that the DLC was published “prematurely” and has since been pulled because it wasn’t ready. However, Momot confirmed that the outfit’s design is final.
