Guitar Hero Live‘s Premium Shows are designed to give players a chance to earn unique rewards that they can show off online, according to Activision and FreeStyleGames. What kind of in-game prizes we earn will depend on the show’s level of difficulty, and will include items like exclusive Note Highways or custom Player Cards.
Players can also receive Status rewards, which will help them to level up faster, or receive boosts that can speed up the accumulation of in-game currency. A press release stated, “Whether it be playable concert footage, debut music videos and beyond, Premium Shows will give players a unique way to access some amazing gameplay experiences.”
The first Premium Show announced is Black Veil Brides, a screenshot of which you can see above.
Guitar Hero Live launches on October 20 in North America and October 23 in Europe for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, Xbox 360, Wii U, and mobile devices.
