With beautiful, bright colors and a massive universe to explore, No Man’s Sky seems like a great fit for Project Morpheus, Sony’ upcoming virtual reality device. And luckily, Hello Games Founder Sean Murray seems to think so too.
When asked about the possibility of the space exploration game coming to Project Morpheus in an interview with Edge Magazine, Murray explained that while he doesn’t know what he is actually allowed to say, it is “something we’re thinking about.”
I don’t know what I’m allowed to say. It’s something we’re thinking about. Morpheus, Oculus… There’s nothing more cool and sci-fi than VR and a big procedural universe. I think that, for the people who want to just explore, and even for the space combat and things like that, it would be a good fit. Let’s put it that way.
Guess we will just have to wait until more details are revealed about both No Man’s Sky and Project Morpheus, neither of which have a set release date yet. But in the meantime, check out our preview of No Man’s Sky here.
