With the August 2015 PlayStation Plus free games going live tomorrow, August 4, in Europe and North America, now’s your last chance to add the July 2015 PS+ titles to your download list before they’re gone forever.
If you’ve missed them so far, here’s the full list of July 2015 PS Plus titles, which you can get from the PlayStation Store (North America, Europe):
- Rocket League (PS4)
- Styx: Master of Shadows (PS4)
- MouseCraft (PS4, PS3, PS Vita)
- Entwined (PS4, PS3, PS Vita)
- Rain (PS3)
- Geometry Wars 3: Dimensions Evolved (PS Vita)
As for the six new titles headed to the PS+ Instant Game Collection for August, expect them to go live early in the day in Europe, with North America getting them around 12pm PT/3pm ET.
Here’s the full list:
- Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris (PS4)
- Limbo (PS4)
- Sound Shapes (PS4, PS3, PS Vita)
- Stealth Inc 2: A Game of Clones (PS4, PS3, PS Vita)
- CastleStorm Complete Edition (PS3, PS Vita)
- God of War Ascension (PS3)
For those in Bahrain, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and UAE, God of War Ascension will be replaced with flOw (PS4, PS3, PS Vita). As well, those in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, UAE, India and Turkey will see Sound Shapes replaced with Flower (PS4, PS3, PS Vita).
The DriveClub PlayStation Plus Edition, meanwhile, will remain in the IGC through August.
Looking ahead to the future, Sony will give PlayStation Plus members the ability to vote on one upcoming PS4 PlayStation Plus free game through a new Vote to Play feature. Expect more details on that soon.

Out Now?
Yes, this long-running MMO launched alongside the PlayStation 4.
What's the Hook?
This free-to-play MMO features a ton of beloved DC characters. If players want to earn trophies (or play the game's DLC), though, they'll have to throw down a few dollars. DC Universe Online also features an all-star cast of voice actors.

Dynasty Warriors Online Z
Out Now?
Yes! Well, in Japan it is. You'll need to jump through some hoops if you want to play it, but it can be done.
What's the Hook?
It is Dynasty Warriors! We don't really have a good reason to play this other than it being free. The language barrier certainly doesn't make it easier to recommend, and there is probably a reason why it hasn't been brought stateside.

The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited
Out Now?
Yes, The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited came out in June.
What's the Hook?
One of the main selling points of Tamriel Unlimited was that the game doesn't have a monthly subscription. That means once you have purchased the game, you can play it as long as you want. It has gotten better over time, so if you are a fan of Bethesda's work, then you should give this a look.

Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn
Out Now?
Yes, the PlayStation 4 version of Square Enix's popular MMO was released in April of 2014. An expansion, titled Heavensward, was recently released in late June.
What's the Hook?
A Realm Reborn isn't just a subtitle, it is a declaration. The original Final Fantasy XIV was a complete mess, but Square Enix managed to right its wrongs with this sequel. A Realm Reborn is a fantastic MMO, and one that justifies its monthly fee. Where else can you ride a gigantic Chocobo around town?

PlanetSide 2
Out Now?
Yes, PlanetSide 2 released on PS4 in June of 2015.
What's the Hook?
PlanetSide 2 manages to combine the trappings of an MMO with the exciting gameplay of a shooter. This is no small task, but somehow Daybreak Game Company has nailed it. If you like shooters, and want to give MMOs a try, then this is a perfect starting point.

War Thunder
Out Now?
Yes, War Thunder was released in June of 2014.
What's the Hook?
This World War II-era MMO is very unique compared to the other entries on this list. Instead of exploring a land full of fantasy, players fly several types of aircraft and tanks. As you can expect, this leads to wild dogfights in the air, and ground combat that is just as intense.

Wander
Out Now?
Yes, Wander, like several MMOs on this list, released in June of 2015.
What's the Hook?
The core concept behind Wander is really cool, it is a narrative-focused MMO without combat. That said, it is currently hilariously (well, maybe not if you bought it) broken. Until the game is fixed, we really can't recommend it any.

APB Reloaded
Out Now?
No, it was announced to come out in "late Q2" of 2015, but publisher Deep Silver hasn't offered up any specifics. It should released soon, if the initial estimate was accurate.
What's the Hook?
This free-to-play version of APB: All Points Bulletin, combines third-person shooters with familiar MMO grind. While the original PC release of the game was met with a mixed reception, we believe in second chances. Especially when they are free!

DayZ
Out Now?
No, it seems like a 2016 release on consoles is likely.
What's the Hook?
Originally a mod of ARMA 3, DayZ is an open-world survival game that has been expanded into a standalone product. It has been a huge success on PC, selling over three million copies, and could make a huge impact on consoles as well.
Oh, and there are zombies. People love zombies.

Dragon of Legends

No, there is currently no estimated date for Dragon of Legends release. We would reckon a 2016 release makes sense.
What's the Hook?
Dragon of Legends is an ambitious cross-platform 2D MMO. This means you'll be able to continue your progress on whatever platform you are playing on, be it PS4 or iOS. We're excited to learn more about this one!

EverQuest Next
Out Now?
No, there is currently no estimated time for when EverQuest Next will release on PlayStation 4.
What's the Hook?
It is EverQuest! This highly anticipated MMO is Daybreak's main priority right now, as it should be. They'll be hoping to bring the series back to its peak popularity.

H1Z1
Out Now?
No, H1Z1 will not be released on PS4 until the PC version is finished. It may be a while.
What's the Hook?
Similar to DayZ, H1Z1 is set during a zombie apocalypse. The game has the unique focus on cooperation and surviving, instead of players fighting each other. We look forward to seeing what Daybreak does with H1Z1!

Neverwinter
Out Now?
No, but this Dungeons & Dragons MMO is already out on Xbox One. No release date is set for PS4.
What's the Hook?
Neverwinter has been a lot of fun so far on Xbox One, so we can't wait to see it on PlayStation 4. This MMO was originally released in 2013, but has found new life on consoles.

Uncharted Waters Online
Out Now?
No, but it releases in Japan in September. No word yet on if a localization is happening.
What's the Hook?
No, this is not THE Uncharted. Instead, Uncharted Waters Online allows players to captain ships across the sea. It looks cool, but we don't expect this one to get localized.

Warhammer 40,000: Eternal Crusade
Out Now?
No, it is expected to release (as an Early Access title) on PC later this summer. No word on when the console version will hit.
What's the Hook?
Based off the popular Warhammer 40,000 series, Eternal Crusade is a third-person shooter. Considering how recognizable the franchise is, this could be a real player on the MMO market. We can't wait to learn more about it, and play it on PlayStation 4.

What's the Hook?
An MMORPG with an action twist, Onigiri is slated to release in NA later this year. It is free-to-play, so any fans of anime-style games should check it out.
