The recent news of Destiny and Halo composer, Marty O’Donnell, winning a legal battle against Bungie brought to light some court documents, which list at least five codenamed projects scheduled for release through 2020. The table below lists four “Project Tiger” releases, and a “Comet 4.” We already know that Bungie has a 10-year agreement with Activision to work on Destiny, but this is the first time we’ve learned that the partnership covers five releases.
According to the court documents, “Comet 4 shall mean the largest downloadable content product following the Retail Release 4 of Project Tiger.” Project Tiger refers to Bungie’s projects with Activision so we’re assuming that the table lists all Destiny-related releases. When do you think a sequel’s coming?
Destiny‘s upcoming expansion, The Taken King, is out on September 15.
