With Hori set to release its officially licensed PlayStation 4 mouse and keyboard combo in October, some might be wondering if the peripheral (or a regular mouse and keyboard combo) will work with shooters like Star Wars Battlefront.
The answer to that is still a mystery however, as the official EA Star Wars Twitter account couldn’t confirm if it will work or not at this stage.
@RobMcBroom We’re not able to confirm that right now as the game is still in development. Check with us again as we get closer to launch.

How would this even work if DICE allowed this functionality? Assuming mouse and keyboard users will have a slight advantage, where does that leave regular DualShock 4 users? Would you even want to use a keyboard+mouse combo for the PS4?
Once we know more, we’ll be sure to let shooter fans know.
Star Wars Battlefront will be out on November 17 for the PS4, Xbox One and PC.
