With a minimal amount of hints, Ubisoft has begun a livestream on YouTube, saying, “Ubisoft Announcement – COMING SOON.”
We don’t know what the announcement might be, but their Twitter account adds:

Perhaps it’s Far Cry Sigma, which was leaked through Steam last week:
