Report: Dark Souls 3 Collector’s Edition and Release Date Surface Online

Leaking ahead of schedule, NeoGaf has uncovered a retailer listing for Dark Souls 3 that appears to reveal the game’s Collector’s Edition and comprehensive Prestige Edition.

The now-pulled listing was first posted by United Arab Emirates retailer Geekay Games, which also slated From Software’s RPG sequel for a release on April 12, 2016. That’s the first indication of a firm due date for Dark Souls 3, though the developer has yet to release anything official.

As for the two premium bundles, Geekay Games valued the Prestige Edition at 1,799 AED (about $490), while the Collector’s Edition was tentatively pegged with a 499 AED (about $136) price tag. Before you go breaking the piggy bank, it’s worth keeping in mind that Middle Eastern pricing likely won’t align with North America and PAL regions come April.

Here are the contents of the latter bundle:

  • Collector’s box
  • Metal case
  • Three iron-on patches
  • 25 cm Red Knight figurine
  • Cloth game map
  • Hardcover artbook
  • Soundtrack

Neither From Software nor publisher Bandai Namco has issued a statement about the purported leak, though we’ll keep you posted on this story as it develops.
