As CD Projekt Red continues to reap the success of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt ahead of The Game Awards 2015, the studio’s Community Lead has teased the status of the RPG’s final expansion, Blood and Wine.
Not due for a release until the first half of 2016, details are still thin on the ground when it comes to Geralt’s latest monster-hunting journey, though we do know it’ll be markedly larger in size than October’s Hearts of Stone.
Per Twitter, CD Projekt’s Marcin Momot claimed that the DLC is already shaping up well, and it’ll incorporate tweaks and new features based on player feedback.
In a meeting looking at all these new features/changes coming to @witchergame with #BloodandWine expansion pack. One word – AWESOME!

@GeraltKim @witchergame Not yet. But I can tell you that we’re implementing a bunch of things based on community’s feedback.

With Hearts of Stone now out in the wild, The Witcher 3 Blood and Wine will close the book on Geralt’s journey for the time being in mid-2016.
