Following its victory at US retail for all of 2015, Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 also claimed top spot on the PlayStation 4 chart for 2015 in North America, holding off Grand Theft Auto V and Minecraft. In Europe, things on PS4 are a little different, with Destiny: The Taken King taking home the PS4 crown, followed by Black Ops 3 and FIFA 16.
Minecraft was #1 in both territories on PlayStation 3, and also took home #1 on PlayStation Vita in Europe. It would have captured #1 in North America on PS Vita, but that honor went to Sword Art Online: Hollow Fragment.
