Fallout 4 Takes Home Game of the Year at 19th Annual D.I.C.E. Awards

Held last night, the 19th annual D.I.C.E. Awards handed out Game of the Year honors to Fallout 4, while also inducting Hideo Kojima into the Hall of Fame and honoring Satoru Iwata with the Lifetime Achievement Award.
