Earlier this week, EA was forced to issue an apology to undefeated Lightweight Khabib Nurmagomedov regarding a religious issue raised by the sportsman himself.
Nurmagomedov, a Muslim, was portrayed in the game with a Christian celebration — an animation that involved the sign of the cross — though the publisher has now confirmed that the update to correct said issue is live.
EA confirmed the news via Twitter, once again taking the chance to apologize to the affected party.
