Ahead of next week’s PAX East event in Boston, publisher GungHo Online Entertainment has shared new details for Let It Die, the PS4-exclusive brawler arriving by way of Suda 51.
Billed as a “survival action game,” Let It Die is a free-to-play experience, hatched by the creator of such eccentric titles as Lolipop Chainsaw and No More Heroes. On course to release for PlayStation 4 at some point in 2016, today brings forth new gameplay snippets, punctuated with commentary from Executive Producer Suda 51 (Goichi Suda) and Kazuki Morishita.
Those in attendance at next week’s PAX East event will have the chance to go hands-on with the game, with the official log line describing Suda 51’s new IP as so: “From the creative mind behind Lolipop Chainsaw and No More Heroes comes Let It Die! Death cancels everything, except the truth in this upcoming free-to-play survival action game. PAX East attendees will receive the first ever public hands-on demos of Let It Die and experience a piece of the action close up.”
Let It Die remains on course to hit PS4 later in 2016. PAX East, meanwhile, runs from April 22-24.
