During a PAX East 2016 presentation, Gearbox Software’s CEO, Randy Pitchford, confirmed that there will be another Borderlands game, which may or may not be titled Borderlands 3. This doesn’t come as a surprise because the developer has reassured fans on several occasions in the past that it does plan to work on another game in the series. However, this time we’ve been introduced to two of the development team members.
Battleborn Art Director, Scott Kester, will also be Borderlands 3‘s Art Director. Brothers in Arms writer (also the voice of Scooter), Mikey Neumann, will be writing the game. Although Gearbox didn’t reveal anything else, the developer hinted that it’ll drop some Borderlands 3 Easter Eggs in Battleborn‘s DLC.
