Doing what no other game in the series has done, Ratchet & Clank on PlayStation 4 hit the UK chart in 1st place. Compared to Ratchet & Clank: A Crack in Time, the previous franchise record holder for most units sold in week 1, the PS4 game moved three times more copies.
As for the other new releases this week, Star Fox Zero on Wii U debuted in 6th, Rugby Challenge 3 was in 13th, and UEFA Euro 2016 Pro Evolution Soccer was in 23rd.
Star Wars Battlefront, meanwhile, saw a significant sales increase of 177% thanks to the release of The Force Awakens on DVD/Blu-ray.
