Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare Gameplay Trailer Shows Futuristic Combat & Space Travel

Update: The official, full 3-minute reveal trailer has now been released. You’ll find it embedded just above.

After a weekend full of Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare teases, and a cryptic trailer introducing the game’s villain, we’re now able to get a good look at what Infinity Ward has been working on.

Above you’ll find the 48-second teaser featured on Hulu, which should be followed up later today by an extended version. It is a short video, but the setting and combat mechanics come across clearly. We can’t spy an exoskeleton anywhere, and it doesn’t look like dogs made it into the future either! The space travel and combat is clearly demonstrated, however, so folks hoping for a more grounded battle may be disappointed.

The chaos is accompanied by David Bowie’s “Space Oddity,” appropriate for the scenes being showcased, and perhaps a nod to the musician who died earlier this year.

What do you think of the new Infinite Warfare trailer? Is it going in the direction you had hoped it would? Let us know.
