While Overwatch won’t have a traditional single-player campaign, Blizzard has been busy releasing Overwatch animated trailers that give us a better understanding of what the characters’ motivations are in the game.
For today, Blizzard released the Overwatch animated trailer, “Dragons,” which focuses on the two ninjas, Hanzo and Genji. Here’s the official trailer description:
“Dragons” explores the history of conflict between the scions of the Shimada clan: Hanzo and Genji. In this episode, we follow Hanzo as he returns to the siblings’ family home in Hanamura to seek redemption . . . and confront the ghosts of the past.
In other Overwatch news, Blizzard announced that over nine million players played the beta. Yeah, we played it too and found it to be a ton of fun. Hesitant of picking Overwatch due to cheaters? Don’t be, as Blizzard confirmed that cheaters will be banned permanent bans.
Overwatch will be available this May 24 for the PS4, Xbox One and PC.
