After saying that PlayStation VR games would cost $10 – $60 earlier this year, Sony has confirmed that news in a press release, and has also offered a few of their launch titles for pre-order on the PlayStation Store.
Only available in Europe so far, the games range from $10 – $60 and include a disclaimer that says, “PlayStation VR required,” with the product description adding, “You’ll need PlayStation VR and a PlayStation Camera to play [the game].”
Here’s the titles you can pre-order right now (expect € to be the same as USD):
- Tumble VR – £7.99/€9.99
- Until Dawn: Rush of Blood – £15.99/€19.99
- PlayStation VR Worlds – £34.99/€39.99
- RIGS Mechanized Combat League – £54.99/€59.99
All four of these Sony games, as well as many third-party games, will be available alongside the $399 USD PlayStation VR headset on October 13.
Elsewhere in the press release, Sony announced that the Star Wars Battlefront: X-Wing VR Mission will be free for Star Wars Battlefront owners when it launches this fall, and PlayStation Move controllers (required for some games) will be available in a two-pack bundle for $99.99 USD.
