While we’ve already seen Friday the 13th: The Game villain Jason Voorhees in Gun Media’s game, that was super quick and didn’t really offer anything aside from the fact that the player can hide under the bed.
Fortunately for us, Gun Media has released new Friday the 13th gameplay, and it’s looking very brutal. Watch as you, the player, plays as Jason where you hunt, stalk and mercilessly kill the camp counselors of Camp Crystal Lake. Aside from the brutal kills (and yes, they are brutal), we can also see some gameplay mechanics in action as well. Check out the four-minute Friday the 13th gameplay clip above, but it might be NSFW.
You can pre-order the game right here, with all money raised going directly to fund the game’s various stretch goals. Gun Media is aiming to add stuff like: a dedicated single-player portion, AI bots in multiplayer, characters from the movies, and more maps.
