CCP Games has released a brand new gameplay trailer for EVE: Valkyrie, the dogfighting shooter game expected to hit PlayStation VR in October this year. Players are promised “the most realistic dogfighting combat available on any gaming platform” that puts them in the cockpit for some adrenaline-fueled team-based action.
Back in April, we learned that EVE: Valkyrie will support cross-platform play between PSVR, Oculus Rift, and HTC Vive. “We want people to fly together and die together – this is an important thing for us that everyone can play together without barriers,” said Executive Producer Owen O’Brien.
The game comes with the following description and features:
In EVE: Valkyrie, you are an elite space fighter pilot who has recently become immortal, thanks to the efforts of Rán Kavik, leader of the breakaway pirate group known as the Valkyrie. As a newly-recruited member of the Valkyrie, you will battle rival pirate factions for wealth, supremacy, and notoriety.
