Game Critics Awards Best of E3 2016 Winners Include Zelda, Horizon, PlayStation VR

Winning in every category it was nominated for, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild for Wii U and NX took home Best of Show honors in the Game Critics Awards Best of E3 2016 awards.

Elsewhere on the winners list, Horizon Zero Dawn was voted as the Best Original Game for a second straight year. Nominated in five categories, Battlefield 1 only won the Best Action Game award. Best VR Game went to Batman: Arkham VR, PlayStation VR won Best Hardware/Peripheral, and God of War received the Special Commendation for Graphics.

Overall, Breath of the Wild had the most wins at three, with Civilization VI in 2nd with two. Sony Interactive Entertainment and Nintendo tied with three wins each for publishers, and the PlayStation 4 had the most winners by platform with 10.
