Adam Boyes Lists His Top Three PlayStation Highlights, and One of ‘Em Is From PlayStation LifeStyle!

Following last week’s rather surprising announcement by Sony PlayStation VP of Third-Party Relations Adam Boyes that he’s leaving the company to work on games, he has now gone on Twitter to list the top three highlights from his years working at Sony.

While it’s certainly a varied list, one of PlayStation LifeStyle’s news stories made the cut! It was the one about the PlayStation 4 originally only having 4GB of RAM and Gearbox Software boss Randy Pitchford, along with other devs, chiming in that if Sony didn’t double it, then they are “done.”

The other two are about Double Fine’s resurrection of its old classics, with the other being the “sharing” video of Sony Worldwide Studios boss Shuhei Yoshida and Boyes’ teaching us how to share games on the PS4. According to Boyes, it took him and Yoshida five takes to get it right, which in my opinion was well worth it given how this little presentation was one of the highlights of Sony’s E3 2013 press conference. You can check out the video below in case you need a reminder.

We still don’t which studio Boyes will work on or whether he’s going indie, or starting his own studio. Regardless of where he goes, we wish him the best of luck and hopefully, whatever game (s) he works on will see the light on PlayStation platforms.

Got any good memories from Boyes’ tenure at PlayStation? Share ’em in the comments below.
