You may recall a straw poll that Square Enix and developer IO Interactive hosted back in March, one that would determine whether Agent 47 would go toe-to-toe with either Gary Busey or American thesp Gary Cole in a future mission.
Busey emerged victorious, paving the way for the Hollywood action veteran to become Hitman‘s latest elusive target. Entering the fray for a seven-day period, Busey will be available in-game from July 21 at 2:00 pm CEST/5:00 am PDT and much like previous elusive targets, players will have but one shot at the mission during that week-long period.
In related news, Hitman‘s summer bonus episode will debut tomorrow, July 19, between 11am & 1pm UTC. It’ll comprise two separate ICA missions that take Agent 47 to Sapienza and Marrakesh, and won’t filter into the core Hitman story.
As for Gary Busey’s elusive target, look for the Lethal Weapon star to descend on Sapienza come Thursday, July 21.
