Destiny‘s Rise of Iron expansion is releasing in just another month, and the game will offer more to players than additional missions and raids. Expect a few in-game virtual goodies as well.
For instance, Lord Saladin will sell Iron Engrams, which can drop both Year 1 and Year 2 armor pieces. Instead of Sterling Treasures, Rise of Iron will introduce Radiant Treasure chests. These include cosmetic items and can be bought from the Eververse Trading Company as well. Players will only be able to obtain a limited number of the Radiant Treasures each week. Rise of Iron will have its own version of Calcified Fragments as well. In addition, there will be new camera filters for the snap-happy Guardians.
This time, though, the vault space will not be upgraded.
There will most likely be new emotes as well as other virtual goodies to satisfy the Destiny warrior’s appetite. We’ll have to wait until release to learn a bit more of what Rise of Iron will offer.
Destiny: Rise of Iron will release on September 30, 2016 for PlayStation 4.
