Report: Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 Map Pack 4 to Be Called “Salvation”

With the next installment — Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare — in the mega franchise set to drop very soon, Treyarch’s last map pack for Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 is almost upon us.

While no specific details are known just yet, it seems we at least know what it’ll be called. Spotted by Twitter user themilkman1414, he managed to grab an image of the PlayStation Store outing the Black Ops 3 map pack 4 name, and it’s none other than “Salvation.”Based on the image, it seems to once again focus on zombies, and a possible return to the World War 2 setting.

The fourth and last map pack for Black Ops 3 should be playable at this year’s Call of Duty XP event (which PlayStation LifeStyle is attending) which takes place this September 2-4. And of course, based on PlayStation’s timed exclusivity deal with Activision, expect “Salvation” to come out first on the PlayStation 4 for at least a full 30 days before making its way to the PC and Xbox One.

What are you hoping to see in Salvation? Are you excited to take out zombies with WW2 weapons?
