Original Story: Won’t or can’t upgrade to a PS4 Pro? Fret not, PlayStation fans! At its PlayStation Meeting, Sony boss Andrew House announced that all PlayStation 4’s will get HDR capability via a firmware update which will out next week.
While the effects of HDR wasn’t that noticeable when watching the gameplay trailers shown on stage, it should make a difference when you’re playing a game supporting it and it’s right in front of you.
Will this be enough to convince PlayStation fans to not buy a PS4 Pro? Well, if you’re not buying a 4K TV anytime soon, this might be a viable solution without feeling left out, no?
