Final Fantasy XV Will Support PS4 Pro at Launch, Cup Noodle Collaboration Announced

During Final Fantasy XV‘s Active Time Report at the Tokyo Game Show 2016, director Hajime Tabata confirmed that it will support PlayStation 4 Pro at launch.

When the game’s most recent delay was announced, quite a few people speculated that it had something to do with Sony’s new hardware. However, Tabata had a different explanation for it. Interestingly, he mentioned in an interview with Kotaku back in June that his team wasn’t involved with the new tech. Nonetheless, Final Fantasy XV will support PS4 Pro at launch but Tabata didn’t divulge any further details.

Elsewhere in the Active Time Report, Square Enix announced a collaboration with Cup Noodle. There’ll actually be an in-game quest in which players have to find the best one.

Final Fantasy XV is out on November 29 for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. For more on the game, check out our previous coverage.
