Destiny’s Festival of the Lost Returns on October 25, Watch a Trailer

Confirming a leak from earlier this week, Activision and Bungie have announced that Destiny‘s Festival of the Lost will return this year, a trailer for which you can watch above. Here’s what’s going to happen starting Tuesday, October 25 until Tuesday, November 8:

The Reef and Iron Temple will be transformed for the celebrations along with the Tower, and for the duration of the Festival all Crucible matches will be played at night.

You’ll also see plenty of treats, including Festival themed quests, new Gifts of the Lost, new masks, new emotes, shaders, and emblems, new exotic weapon ornaments, and a lot more.

In other Destiny news, Bungie has released a list of confirmed issues since the deployment of patch 2.4.1. They’re as follows:

  • Sparrow Horns are not currently available through the Vehicle Collection in the Tower. Horns held at the release of Update 2.4.1 will appear within this collection upon the return of Festival of the Lost.
  • Players are unable to acquire the Dragonsbane or Hoodoom Ornaments for Bad Juju through Radiant Treasure Boxes. These Ornaments will become available upon the return of Festival of the Lost.
  • The Emblem “Shield of the City” displays the wrong color background within the Roster menu.

We’ll inform our readers when the developer has an update on the aforementioned issues.
