’80s Inspired PS4 Pro Ad Calls It The “World’s Most Powerful Console”

In a new ’80s-inspired commercial from Sony featuring Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare’s Zombies in Spaceland, they introduce the “super-charged PlayStation 4 Pro console system” and its “revolutionary cord-free player paddle joysticks.” At the end of the video, Sony calls PS4 Pro “the world’s most powerful console.”

PS4 Pro launches on November 10 for $399 USD/€399/£349. Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare will be available on November 4, complete with PS4 Pro support.

Sony calling PS4 Pro the world’s most powerful console follows a video last month where they said PS4 is the world’s best-selling console. Microsoft, meanwhile, posted an ad saying the Xbox One is the best-selling console in the United States (over the last few months). Additionally, Microsoft has said the PS4 Pro’s 4.2 teraflops isn’t enough to do true 4K, while Project Scorpio will be the world’s most powerful console.

Will you be getting PS4 Pro when it launches in less than two weeks?
