Watch Dogs 2 DLC Delayed Due to Time Spent Working on Patch 1.06

Ubisoft has announced that its development team has had to adjust the release schedule for Watch Dogs 2‘s DLC as a result of time and resources spent working on patch 1.06. Instead of early next week, the T-Bone Content Bundle will now release for the PlayStation 4 on December 22 (26 in Japan), and for Xbox One and PC on January 24.

“This [patch 1.06] and previous patches were an important step towards stabilizing Watch Dogs 2’s seamless multiplayer functionality, and other core online features, before releasing any new multiplayer content,” explained Ubisoft.

As for the T-Bone DLC, here’s what it’s all about:

This content revolves around Raymond Kenney, AKA T-Bone, and includes his attire, as well as his modified school bus, complete with bulldozer blade for creating extra chaos. The Bundle also offers a new Mayhem co-op challenge, with a tough new enemy archetype – the Grenadier – that uses advanced weaponry and tactics.

The free T-Bone Chaos Event will begin on December 19 and will run for four weeks. Each week will bring a new themed challenge that will give players a chance to earn in-game currency and rewards like new car skins or a new bag for Marcus.
