£60 cheaper than the recently released Razer Raiju controller, PlayStation Europe has announced that the Nacon Revolution Pro Controller for PlayStation 4 will be out on December 20 in Europe and December 23 in the UK. GAME currently has it up for pre-order, priced at £89.99.
Designed with eSports players in mind, the Revolution Pro Controller includes 46° amplitude dual analogue sticks, four extra shortcut buttons, an eight-way d-pad, two internal compartments with six additional weights, compatibility with all PS4 systems via the 3m-long secure connection USB cable (it’s “detachable for easy storage”), and four custom profiles that can be configured via the companion PC app.
Nacon adds, “The Revolution Pro Controller can be operated in two modes: The blue halo around the right joystick indicates for Pro Control mode and the Red halo for Advanced mode. In the Advanced mode, the right joystick works with more features by using an innovative process to adjust the joystick sensitivity.”
You can learn more about the specs and features, and download the software, over on Nacon’s website.
Sony hasn’t said if/when either of the officially licensed Pro controllers for PS4 will come to North America.
